• International Driving Permit by the 1949 Geneva Convention
  an international driving license issued by a signatory to the 1949 Geneva Convention (including two administrative regions) and a passport.
  International driving permit acquired from signatory countries to the Paris Convention (1926), the Washington Convention (1943) or the Vienna Convention (1968) are not recognized.
  You can get it only in your country with only paper work.
